CMMS Administrator – Critical Facilities Asset Management - Gainesville, VA
We are looking for a Data Center Operations Coordinator that can support a critical data center. The Support Admin will be responsible for monitoring compliance with contractual commitments, directing technical and administrative tasks related to the operation of the critical facility infrastructure and assuring compliance with company’s policies and procedures. The CMMS / Maximo Administrator is responsible for the overall asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using CMMS SW for Critical Facilities Operations; maintaining parts/asset data accuracy and equipment hierarchy in the CMMS system; and rolling out standard workflows for work requests, preventive maintenance program, project request, and inspection, etc. Candidate will also act as Point of Contact for vendor management, scheduling and planning.
Maintenance Schedules using scheduling software
Spare parts inventory management
Spare part cycle count results to the facilities management team.
Manage and coordinate 3rd party vendors to make sure work is completed and that vendors are properly supervised
Auditing on a regular basis;
Assess a good CMMS SW as current SW needs to be upgraded
Performs regular data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
Measures and publish facilities KPI metrics to the management team; interpret data and recommend findings.
Manages software implementation projects
BA /BS Degree a plus
3-5 years of experience working with CMMS software and an understanding of standard work process.
3+ years' experience using MSFT Office Suite in addition to MS Project, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.
Customer service and project management experience in an Operations or Construction Environment
3+ years' experience planning, scheduling, creating large reports and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.
2+ years' data analysis experience in the facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset management and spare part optimization.
Experience supporting multiple Projects
Must be self-driven, organized and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
This position requires strong understanding of Critical Environments similar to high uptime industries in a criticality fast paced environment.
Change control experience, working with multiple project schedule baselines and full lifecycle implementation.
Critical thinking and process engineering focus background is a plus.
TS/SCI clearance with poly
Proven written and verbal communication skills
